Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) should have completed their graduation between April 1, 2021, and March 1, 2025.

Age Limit (as of March 1, 2025):

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
  • Widows, Divorced Women, and Legally Separated Women (not remarried):
    • General/EWS: Up to 35 years
    • OBC: Up to 38 years
    • SC/ST: Up to 40 years

• General/OBC/EWS: 944/-
• SC/ST/Female Candidates: 708/-
• PwBD Candidates: 472/-

Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

1. Online Examination – A 90-minute objective test covering:
   • General/Financial Awareness (25 questions, 25 marks)
   • General English (25 questions, 25 marks)
   • Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude (25 questions, 25 marks)
   • Computer/Subject Knowledge (25 questions, 25 marks)
   • Total: 100 questions, 100 marks
2. Test of Local Language – Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state wherever thery are appliying for. Those who have studied the local language in 10th or 12th standard will be exempted from this test.
3. Document Verification & Personal Interaction (if applicable)

Stipend Details

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend based on the location of their posting:

• Metro Branches: 15,000/-
• Urban Branches: 12,000/-
• Semi-Urban/Rural Branches: 10,000/-

(Note: A portion of the stipend amount is subsidized by the Government of India through Direct Benefit Transfer.)
