Those Candidates who clear the online test will be called for the next level of slelection that is a personal interview. The final selection will be based on combined performance in the online test and interview.

Training Program

Selected candidates must undergo a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) before joining as Junior Assistant Managers. The program includes:

• 6 months of classroom training
• 2 months of internship
• 4 months of on-the-job training
• Course Fee: ₹3,00,000 + GST (payable in installments)

The training will be conducted in collaboration with:

• Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru (for West and South Zones)
• Nitte Education International Pvt. Ltd (NEIPL), Greater Noida (for East and North Zones)

After successful completion of training, candidates will be inducted into IDBI Bank as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade ‘O’).
