Kalyana Lakshmi Application For BC
The Government of Telangana announced today that the Kalyana Lakshmi Scheme is going to applicable for backward classes from 1st April 2015 . As it was said before , Telangana CM KCR has announced in assembly budget session of 2016 now the scheme was applicable for backward classes. Now BC and OBC will get the financial assistance of rupees 51000 from the Government of Telangana while doing the marriage of their girls .
Earlier it was only applicable for SC ST people but the promise was made by Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao in the Assembly sessions of Budget 2016 to implement the scheme for the backward classes . There are some conditions like the parent of bridal income should not exceed rupees 2 Lakhs per annum . The bride and Groom should not get any benefits from any schemes related Government marriage Schemes like inter caste marriages benefits .
The bride who married on or after 1st April 2016 can apply for Kalyana Lakshmi Scheme. All the BC brides who got married on or after 1st April 2016 can apply Kalyana Laxmi scheme in official website of government of Telangana Kalyana Lakshmi scheme . The officials prepared a report saying that around 58000 BC and OBC brides are going to be benefited with implementation of Kalyana Lakshmi for BC and OBC .
Finally it was a good news BC and OBC people who is expecting financial assistance from the Government of Telangana for their girl child. Hope they feel some relief with the financial assistance provided by Government of Telangana .
